With today's patch breaking both the mod loader and a few popular mods, the Discord had a pretty much constant stream of users "discovering" those issues one after another.

A motd-like feature in DTMM would allow easily distributing a message about these kinds of things to every mod user.

Will need some way to host the message online, ideally where a few trusted people have access.
