Get the texture used for the "scratched" look on the "MEDIAGALLERY" header at the top of that page. It's a background-image CSS property on that text.
Put the texture on the logo
Add "DTMM" text
Maybe also add the glowing line from https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0262/7217/0065/products/TS-M-_-BLK-POWH3497__285-back-zoomed_1400x.jpg?v=1653583378
